    5. Get regular exercise

  1. avoid skipping meals
  2. watch food triggers like red wine, cheese, caffeine additives like MSG.
  3. avoid extreme changes in lighting
  4. avoid fumes
    1. You can't control some trigger like weather and hormones but knowing these things can help you have a plan in place.

TRIGGERS ADD UP, so limit your triggers you may be able to reduce your pain when you get one.
